Triptych Bankside sees surge in luxury apartment sales
JTRE London, the developer of Triptych Bankside, one of the most striking mixed-use schemes on the central London skyline, has marked the start of the New Year by securing luxury apartment sales totalling £36.5m.
The deals were secured off the back of three spectacular show flats, unveiled in October, that emphasise the quality of the finishes, highlight the generous room sizes and spotlight the design by Knightsbridge-based Cocovara, an award-winning company focused on luxurious, elegant settings. Located on London’s Southbank, one of the capital’s most appealing and sought-after areas, the development provides residents with spectacular views across London’s distinctive panorama including the River Thames, St. Paul's Cathedral and the City of London financial district.
Nigel Fleming, Sales & Marketing Director of JTRE London, said: “Triptych Bankside is ideally located for The City, West End and is in the heart of a vibrant cultural quarter. With completion scheduled for later this year, buyers who have been tracking the development are moving quickly to secure their favoured units. This coincides with overseas buyers, particularly those from Hong Kong, returning to the UK market, eager to buy. Put together, it’s clear to see why Triptych Bankside is attracting so many potential buyers. This is setting the scheme apart from many others in London at this time.”
Designed by internationally acclaimed architects Squire & Partners, the £400 million development is made up of three distinctive sweeping towers, with 169 luxury apartments in two blocks, 80,000 sq ft of prime grade A commercial space in a nine-storey building, plus 9,900 sq ft of retail.
Attractions include balconies with every apartment, plus multiple private lounges, games room, large gym, private in-house cinema, communal landscaped gardens and co-workspace. The apartments are a short walk from London Bridge station and next to Tate Modern art gallery, Shakespeare's Globe theatre, the renowned culinary hotspot at Borough Market and the Millennium Bridge.
Nina Coulter, Director of Savills, added: “Triptych has some of the most striking show apartments in the market at the moment, proven with the sales rate since their launch in October. JTRE’s strategy of dressing not just one apartment but a full range has meant that all buyers can view a property that suits their needs.”
Josh Ayres, Senior Director of Strutt and Parker, commented: “The combination of Triptych Bankside’s stunning new show apartments and state of the art Grandpano sales tool has proven a real hit with buyers both domestically and internationally since their launch in October. This coupled with the building taking form, as it nears completion, has given purchasers real confidence in the quality of apartments on offer, resulting in the recent surge in sales.”
JTRE London was founded in September 2019 by one of Central Europe’s leading property developers J&T Real Estate, which is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary. The Slovakia headquartered firm has real estate projects in nine countries having developed and managed some 10 million sq ft of space with a GDV of over £1.4bn.
Prices at Triptych Bankside start from £790,000 for a studio apartment. Residential agents are Savills and Strutt & Parker; Bh2 and Savills are marketing the commercial space.
